Scone Palace and its grounds, is a full day visit, with treasured art and antique furniture in all its splendour for you to enjoy. Glamis Castle where our late Queen mother was born is also within a 30 minute drive. Also 30 minutes away is Athol Palace the only stately home to have its own private pipe band. Perth has five golf courses and a total of over fifty courses within a fifty mile radius. St. Andrews the home of golf is a mere 50 minutes away.
